Join us for a discussion of The Violin Conspiracy by Brendan Slocumb. This novel tells us about Ray McMillan, a black classical musician on the rise, undeterred by the pressure and prejudice of the classical music world.  A shocking theft sends him on a desperate quest to recover his great-great-grandfather’s heirloom violin on the eve of the most prestigious competition in the world.

This will be our last meeting until September. Please bring suggestions for books to read next season as we will be voting at this meeting.
